It was when I found the world of horses that I discovered I could also help women find their “inner sanctuary” which is a greater sense of purpose, passion and inner peace – all with the help of my equine friends.

I partner with horses to help women tap into their own dreams and purpose, to navigate rocky transitions in this place called mid-life and to find their true connections back to themselves.
