My mission is to empower women to reconnect with their own magic by finally listening to their hearts and focusing on their personal and unique gifts. I partner with horses to unlock the brilliance within women…to reclaim their mojo and trade self-sabotage for self-sovereignty.

Why horses?

As prey animals, horses have developed a very keen awareness of their surroundings at all times and of the movements and language of their herd. They are incomparable as readers of body language and they live completely in the here and now. What might not be obvious to our fellow humans is for the horse, a prey animal, glaringly obvious! This makes them super sensitive to any unconscious emotional energy that we may bring to our time with them. Their size, sensitivity and ability to be completely in the present moment are all qualities that make them perfect partners in personal development, growth and self-awareness. Studies have shown that time spent with horses can help us build confidence, strengthen our communication skills and our boundaries and recognize our own levels of trust and self-control. They are truly magnificent teachers and healers!
